Reliable Trucking Partner Inc runs ten trucks out of Parma, Ohio. We are not going to tell you we have three hundred.
Who we are
Reliable Trucking Partner Inc is a for-hire motor carrier authorized to move property in interstate commerce, operating under USDOT 3395909 and MC-1092223. We are based at 9701 Brookpark Rd, Suite 236A in Parma, OH — on the I-480 corridor in the Cleveland metro.
We run 10 power units with 10 drivers. In 2025 those trucks covered 563,000 miles. Over the most recent 24-month FMCSA review period we recorded zero DOT-reportable crashes.
Why we publish our own record
Plenty of carrier websites lead with numbers nobody can check — billions of miles, tens of thousands of happy customers, logos of shippers who have never heard of them. It is easy to write and it is worth nothing to you.
We took the opposite approach. Every figure on this website comes off our FMCSA SAFER snapshot, and we link to that snapshot from every page so you can pull it yourself. If our numbers ever stop matching the government's, you will know before we do.
What that means for your freight
A ten-truck fleet is a different proposition than a three-hundred-truck fleet, and it suits some shippers better than others. You will not get an account portal or a 24-hour tracking API. You will get the person who assigns the driver, on the phone, the first time you call.
If you need fifty trucks on Monday, we are the wrong carrier and we will say so on the first call. If you need a handful of lanes covered by people who answer the phone and return your paperwork, that is exactly what we are built for.

How we operate
Three rules we do not bend
Never overbook
We only accept what our own trucks can cover. We do not hold broker authority and we do not quietly re-broker your freight to a carrier you never vetted.
Paperwork same week
Signed rate confirmations, scanned PODs, clean invoices. Slow paperwork is how small carriers lose good customers, and we would rather keep them.
